Personally, I always get annoyed when doctors or dentists ask me how many glasses of coffee or tea I drink in a week because there is such a drastic difference between the two. For doctors trying to calculate your caffeine intake, it’s wildly inaccurate to compare white tea to coffee and soda. In fact, tea can reduce the chance of heart attacks and a number of cancers. For dentists, the question is even more ridiculous because while black tea can stain teeth, it still has fluoride, which can strengthen teeth -and if you’re drinking white or green tea, there’s no disadvantage when it comes to the health of your teeth.
